■ How to clean the product
Do not use thinners, benzine, alcohol or other solvents on the product. Doing so may cause deformation, cracks or other damage.
Note: Be careful not to push too hard on the arms of the device when cleaning it. Doing so may damage the product or cause it to malfunction.
(1) Wipe off fingerprints and smudges with the cleaning cloth.
If it is very dirty:
(1) Wash the device with water.
Wash the product with warm or lukewarm water (approx. 35℃). If it is still dirty, wipe it with a cloth that has been soaked in mild cleaning fluid and wrung out well before rinsing the product off with water.
(2) Hold the device vertically and shake out any water remaining inside.
Water may leak from the gaps between the rollers and the body, but this does not constitute a product malfunction or failure.
(3) Wipe off the device.
Do so with a soft cloth that will not leave scratches. Do not use polishing cloths designed for precious metal, abrasive cloths, or wet wipes that contain alcohol.
(4) Place the device on its stand and let it dry in a well-ventilated, shady place.
・ The stand should be placed atop a flat, stable surface.
・ Place the rollers in the indentations on the stand. Do not place the product on the stand in a misaligned position.
■ How to clean the stand
Wash the stand with warm or lukewarm water (approx. 35℃). The stand should be wiped off and dried in the same way as the product.
With both hands, spread the arms of the device slightly, and place the rollers on your cheeks or jawline. Doing so will allow you to use the product more easily.
Begin by using the roller slowly and gently – remaining mindful of how much force you are using – and keep an eye on the condition of your skin. Using too much force could hurt your skin and/or damage the product.
People who have had allergic reactions to metal jewelry should not use this product. If you have had allergic reactions to metals other than precious metals, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use. After getting your doctor's permission to use the product, try it on an inconspicuous area to confirm that no abnormal reaction occurs. If your skin does not react negatively, you may continue to use it.
Please do not use these products during the early stages of pregnancy or immediately after childbirth. Ask your doctor when your skin is at its most sensitive (e.g., while breastfeeding or during menstruation), and avoid using these products during those times.
In cases of atopic dermatitis, allergic reactions to the product may vary from one person to another. Please consult your dermatologist before use.
