①Using your fingertips, slowly push along your collarbone for three seconds at a time, moving from the center outward.
②Press and slide downward along the side of your neck, from under your ear toward your shoulder.
Firmly grip the thickest part of the handle, and hold the roller so that the handle is aligned with the center of your face.
With the ReFa logo facing you, roll up and down along your jawline from your chin to your ears.
With the ReFa logo facing forward, roll up and down from the corners of your mouth to your cheekbones.
