It can be used on the skin regardless of whether you are wearing makeup or not. After use, please wipe the product with the supplied Cleaning Cloth.

Is it better to use this product before or after applying face lotions, creams and other skincare products?

We recommend using it after applying other skincare products. When you're done, use the included cleaning cloth to wipe off any lotion or cream residue.

Can I use this product after applying skincare products that contain exfoliating scrubs and/or sulfuric ingredients?

No, you cannot. Doing so may cause discoloration or abrasion of your skin.

Can this product be used over clothing?

Yes, you can use it over your clothing. However, microcurrent* will only be conducted when both rollers and the lower metallic part of the handle are in contact with your bare skin. *Microcurrent is a low electrical current similar to the natural bioelectric current that runs through our bodies, and does not cause any sensation.

How strongly and quickly should I roll this product over my skin?

We recommend rolling the product slowly and gently across your face. Overly quick, vigorous or aggressive movements can harm your skin.

I can't get a good grip on the handle. What should I do?
A.
Try holding the upper part of the handle at the base of the rollers. Just keep in mind that microcurrent* won't be conducted if you aren't touching the metal part of the handle - or if your hand is covering the solar panel. *Microcurrent is a low electrical current similar to the natural bioelectric current that runs through our bodies, and does not cause any sensation.

The arms of the roller don't move apart easily. What should I do?

Apply more pressure while rolling to move the arms apart. They'll spread more easily if you hold the handle upright as you roll.

The arms of the roller are stiff and don't spread easily. Can I still use the device?
A.
Due to the structure of the product, how easily the arms spread will vary somewhat from unit to unit. If you experience discomfort while using the product, contact the MTG Customer Service Center.

Can I use this product in the bathtub or shower?

This product meets JIS IPX7 waterproof standards. You may use it in the bathtub or shower, but please refrain from using it in water for more than 30 minutes at a time.

Can I use this product in hot water with bath salts or bubble bath, or in a hot spring, sauna or pool?

No, you cannot. Doing so may cause discoloration, deterioration or other damage to the product.

Can this product be carried on an airplane?

Yes, this product can be carried on an airplane. However, not all airlines and airports have the same carry-on polices. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with the airline or airport security in advance.

What is the purpose of the solar panel?

The solar panel embedded in the product uses available light to generate microcurrent*. It does not serve a charging or storage function. Please use in a well-lit environment. *Microcurrent is akin to an extremely mild biological electrical current. You will not feel any stinging or tingling sensation.

When I grip the handle or roll the wheels, the product makes a creaking noise. It is alright to keep using it like this?

Due to the structure of the product, there will be some slight rattling or uneven rotation between the rollers. If you feel that there is something wrong with its functionality during use, please contact the store you bought it from and/or MTG customer service.

Can I still use this product if I have a metal allergy?

People who have had allergic reactions to metal jewelry should not use this product. If you have had allergic reactions to metals other than precious metals, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use. After getting your doctor's permission to use the product, try it on an inconspicuous area to confirm that no abnormal reaction occurs. If your skin does not react negatively, you may continue to use it.

Can this product be used during pregnancy or immediately after childbirth?

Please do not use these products during the early stages of pregnancy or immediately after childbirth. Ask your doctor when your skin is at its most sensitive (e.g., while breastfeeding or during menstruation), and avoid using these products during those times.

Can I use these products if I have atopic dermatitis?

In cases of atopic dermatitis, allergic reactions to the product may vary from one person to another. Please consult your dermatologist before use.

Are there any areas where I should not use this product?

Please do not use it on any mucus membranes, or anywhere you are having a skin problem. This includes areas with injuries, open sores, inflammation, or sunburn.
