ReFa has a new project mission of "sharing the professional skills that weave Japanese tradition to the world," and has developed a product series that fuses ReFa with "professional skills" to convey the value of "beauty" unique to Japan.
The third product, the ReFa BRISTLE OAK, is the result of our pursuit to give shape to our commitment to materials, design, and the finish of the hair after use.

With the cooperation of Karimoku Furniture, a Japanese wooden furniture manufacturer, and Nousaku, a cast metal manufacturer established over 100 years ago, the ReFa BRISTLE OAK was born as a product that embodies the spiritual beauty unique to Japan, as well as offering the "luxury of traditional craftsmanship blended into daily life."

To mark the completion of the project, representatives from Karimoku Furniture, Nousaku, and MTG gathered at Tokugawaen (Garden Restaurant Tokugawaen, Tokugawa-cho, Higashi-ku, Nagoya City), a famous garden associated with the Tokugawa family in Nagoya, to discuss their thoughts on the development of the ReFa BRISTLE OAK, tradition and future.

In the course of developing the first and second series of products, we have combined the "skills of professionals" with ReFa, and have been conveying the value of "beauty" that is unique to Japan. We have come to believe that tradition is not only about the finished form of a craft or its techniques, but also about the culture and spirit of Japan that have been passed down from generation to generation. We also realized that the reason we still find crafts beautiful today is because the people who have passed them down have continued to evolve their crafts to meet the needs of the times.
ReFa, together with Karimoku Furniture and Nousaku, both of which possess "professional skills" and value the "spirit of Japan" and the desire to "fuse tradition with sensitivity reflecting the times," has been creating products that break away from existing boundaries and sometimes even change people's lifestyles with light-hearted ideas. The three companies have collaborated to create new products that not only offer "beauty" as a product and "beauty" that can be experienced through daily use, but also a sense of spiritual "beauty" that is unique to Japan.
