Step One: Scooping with the CAXA lines
Place the Seagull Line on your chin, and scoop along one side of your face. Repeat on the opposite side.
Place the Crescent Line on your chin, and simultaneously slide and scoop along the line of your cheek toward your ears. Repeat on the opposite side.
Place the Crescent Line in the middle of your forehead, and simultaneously slide and scoop at an angle. Repeat on the opposite side.
Step Two: Kneading with the Double Drainage rollers
Roll along the neck line from your ears to your collarbone. Repeat on the opposite side.
Roll along the jawline from your chin to your ears. Repeat on the opposite side.
