Roll with the handle perpendicular to the direction of motion. Firmly grip the handle and roll slowly.
〈Using on your arms〉
Hold the handle in the middle and roll so the handle is perpendicular to your arm and 4 rollers are in contact with your skin.
Roll in the direction indicated by the arrows.

Do not roll across the spine.
When using on your legs and arms, take care not to get them caught between the rollers and the handle.
Do not roll with the handle oriented parallel along your arm.
Otherwise, your arm may get caught in the gap between the product’s two arms, which could result in an injury.
Knead the skin for a beautiful upper arm contour.
Roll up and down from a little above your wrist to just before your elbow.
Roll up and down the outside of your upper arms.
Roll along the inside of your upper arm.
*This is an area where the skin can be easily pinched by the rollers. Always be careful when adjusting the contact and pressure of the rollers against your skin.
Firmly approach those troublesome areas around the knees and thighs.
Roll along the calf from a little above the ankle to behind the knee.
*Be careful your Achilles tendon does not get pinched in the product.
Roll the front of your thigh with enveloping movements.
Roll along the inside of your thigh.
*This is an area where the skin can be easily pinched by the rollers. Always be careful when adjusting the contact and pressure of the rollers against your skin.
Roll along the outside from above the knee to the base of the thigh.
Tone and tighten your skin for a feminine body line.
Roll from the base of the thigh toward your buttocks.
Roll up and down your waist. Roll with the image of creating a curve in your waist.
Two people are better than one when it comes to effectively rolling those areas that are hard to reach.

Roll along your back with enveloping movements (it may be hard to reach by yourself).
*Do not use along the spine or in other locations where bones protrude.
〈For gorgeous calves〉
Roll from your ankle to behind your knee.
〈For supple, beautiful legs〉
Roll from behind your knee up to your bottom.
The hand not holding the device must stay in constant contact with the person's skin.
