You can use both the ReFa LINE LIFT and ReFa WRINKLE CREAM every day. We recommend using them twice a day, but you can use them whenever you see fit.
When you apply the product onto the skin around your eyes, use roughly 0.1g (about the size of a grain of rice) around each eye. For laugh lines, use roughly 0.2g (about the size of two grains of rice) on each side.
How long it will keep depends on the environment in which it is stored, but the bottle should last about three months if used twice daily.
Apply enough to cover your target areas. We recommend starting out by using ReFa WRINKLE CREAM twice a day, as part of your morning and evening skincare routine. If you feel this is not enough, increase the number of times you use it - rather than the amount of product used each time.
The ReFa WRINKLE CREAM doesn’t have any fragrance aside from the natural scent of the ingredients.
As specified in the instruction manual, we recommend storing ReFa WRINKLE CREAM in a location away from direct sunlight and extreme hot or cold temperatures - or direct sunlight. Close the cap tightly after each use.
The ReFa LINE LIFT can be used on bare skin or over makeup. After use, carefully wipe the rollers with the cleaning cloth that comes with the product.
Please do not use the ReFa LINE LIFT over makeup when you use it with the ReFa WRINKLE CREAM. The ReFa LINE LIFT and ReFa WRINKLE CREAM are intended to be used together as a skincare treatment before applying makeup.
We recommend using the ReFa LINE LIFT after applying skincare products such as moisturizers. After use, wipe off any product residue with a washcloth, and then carefully wipe the product again with the supplied cleaning cloth.
Given that you will feel the sensation fully without using much force, move the product slowly and gently across your face. Vigorous or aggressive movements can harm the skin.
You may use it in the bathtub or shower, but please refrain from using it for an extended period of time.
No, you cannot. Doing so may cause discoloration, deterioration or other damage to the product.
Although it is not waterproof, it can be submerged in water.
The ReFa LINE LIFT can be carried on board on airplane. ReFa WRINKLE CREAM can be carried on board in a clear resealable plastic bag. Different airlines may have different regulations about carry‐ons. We urge you to check with the airline or airport security in advance if you have any concerns.
Due to the structure of the product, there will be some slight rattling or uneven rotation between the rollers. If you feel that there is something wrong with its functionality during use, please contact the store you bought it from and/or ReFa customer service.
People who have had allergic reactions to metal jewelry should not use this product. If you have had allergic reactions to metals other than precious metals, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use. After getting your doctor's permission to use the product, try it on an inconspicuous area to confirm that no abnormal reaction occurs. If your skin does not react negatively, you may continue to use it.
Please do not use these products during the early stages of pregnancy or immediately after childbirth. Ask your doctor when your skin is at its most sensitive (e.g., while breastfeeding or during menstruation), and avoid using these products during those times.
In cases of atopic dermatitis, allergic reactions to the product may vary from one person to another. Please consult your dermatologist before use.
Remove fingerprints or any other dirt or smudges with the supplied cleaning cloth.
For cases of extreme buildup of dirt or grime:
1. Wipe off with a cloth that has been soaked in lukewarm water and wrung out well. Then, wipe off again with the supplied cleaning cloth.
2. Let the device dry in a well‐ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
