• Q. Can this product be used over makeup?

  A. You can use it on bare skin or over makeup. After using it, carefully wipe the rollers with a soft, dry cloth.

• Q. Is it better to use this product before or after applying face lotions, creams and other skincare products?

  A. We recommend using this product after applying lotion and before applying cream.
  After use, wipe the lotion off the product with a cloth, then carefully wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

• Q. Can I use this product after applying skincare products that contain exfoliating scrubs and/or sulfuric ingredients?

  A. No, you cannot. Doing so may cause discoloration, deterioration, or damage to the product.

• Q. Can this product be used over clothing?

  A. Yes, you can use it over your clothes. However, do not use the rollers while they are warm over delicate, heat-sensitive clothing.

• Q. How much pressure and speed should I use when rolling this product over my skin?

  A. We recommend rolling the product slowly and gently across your face. Overly quick, vigorous or aggressive movements can harm your skin.

• Q. Is it alright to use this product in a bathroom?

  A. This product is not waterproof. Never use this product in a bathroom. Use in a bathroom may cause electrical shock or failure.

• Q. Can this product be carried on an airplane?

  A. Yes, this product can be carried on an airplane. However, not all airlines and airports have the same carry-on polices. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with the airline or airport security in advance.

• Q. The rollers rattle and/or rotate unevenly. Can I still use this product?

  A. Due to the structure of the product, there will be some slight rattling or uneven rotation between the rollers. If you feel that there is something wrong with its functionality during use, please contact the store you bought it from and/or MTG customer service.

• Q. Can I still use this product if I have a metal allergy?

  A. People who have had allergic reactions to metal jewelry should not use this product. If you have had allergic reactions to metals other than precious metals, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use. After getting your doctor's permission to use the product, try it on an inconspicuous area to confirm that no abnormal reaction occurs. If your skin does not react negatively, you may continue to use it.

• Q. Can this product be used during pregnancy or immediately after childbirth?

  A. Please do not use this product during the early stages of pregnancy or immediately after childbirth. Ask your doctor when your skin is at its most sensitive (e.g., while breastfeeding or during menstruation), and avoid using this product during those times.

• Q. Can I use this product if I have atopic dermatitis?

  A. In cases of atopic dermatitis, allergic reactions to the product may vary from one person to another. Please consult your dermatologist before use.

• Q. Are there any areas where I should not use this product?

  A. Please do not use it on any mucus membranes, or anywhere you are having a skin problem. This includes areas with injuries, open sores, inflammation, or sunburn.

• Q. Can I use the device in other countries?

  A. The device can be used with AC 100-240V outlets, but that does not necessarily mean it can be used in all countries and regions. Voltages and plug shapes may vary from region to region, even within the same country. When traveling abroad, please consult with your hotel(s) and/or travel agent beforehand.
  In the event of product failure or damage resulting from use outside of the region or country of purchase, repairs will not be free of charge–even during the warranty period.

• Q. The rollers do not warm up.

  A.

  • ・The dedicated cradle, AC adapter, or USB cable may not be properly connected.
  •  → Refer to the quick guide for proper connection.
  • ・The contact between the main unit and the power supply terminal of the dedicated cradle may be weak.
  •  → Place the main unit in the dedicated cradle and make sure that the cradle's power supply terminal is securely connected to the device.
  • ・The dedicated cradle may be turned off.
  •  → Press the power button on the dedicated cradle.
  • ・The dedicated cradle may have been turned off by the timer.
  •  → The dedicated cradle turns off automatically after it has been on for about 10 minutes. Press the power button on the dedicated cradle again.

• Q. The rollers are slow to warm up.

  A.

  • ・You may be using an AC adapter or USB cable other than the dedicated one for this product.
  •  → Use of an AC adapter or USB cable other than the dedicated one for this product may cause the heater to not warm up or warm up slowly, or may cause electric shocks, malfunction, or fire. Be sure to use the dedicated AC adapter and USB cable provided with this product.
  • ・The temperature around it may be cold.
  •  → It takes longer to warm up if the ambient temperature is cold. Please use it in a warm place if possible.

• Q. Can I power it with a mobile battery or a computer?

  A. Do not connect a dedicated cradle or its USB cable to a computer, peripheral device, or mobile battery.
  This can cause the heater to not warm up, warm up slowly, or malfunction, or cause damage to the connecting equipment.
  When using this product, be sure to use the dedicated cradle, AC adapter, and USB cable provided.
