Q. How much of the product should I take in a day?

A. Take about two capsules a day whenever it suits you, having them together with water or lukewarm water.
Q. The color and scent changed some time after I opened the product. Is it safe to take?

A. In rare cases, the color and flavor may change depending on storage conditions. Please refrain from consuming it if it seems to be unusual.
Also, the stated expiration date is for when it is unopened. After opening it, please consume it quickly regardless of the expiration date.
Q. Should I store the product in the refrigerator after I open it?

A. We recommend storing it at room temperature.

A. This product was developed with adults in mind. Please refrain from letting children take it. (Note: There are no ingredients in the product that cannot be ingested by children.)
