  You can use it whenever you notice tangles—such as when you wake up or while you'reout and about—but we also recommend it for creating a base before heat-styling or after blow-drying your hair.

• Q.How hard should I press when I use this product?

  When you first start using the product, use it gently, being careful about how much force you're using and keeping an eye on your hair and scalp.
  Using too much force could hurt your hair or scalp, or damage the product.

• Q.Is this product waterproof?

  A.

  No, it's not waterproof.
  This product is intended to be used on dry hair.

• Q.Is it alright to use this product in abathroom?

  A.

  No. It's not waterproof, so please don't use it in the bathroom. This product is intended to be used on dry hair.

• Q.How should I store it?

  • • Store it with the cover on.
  • • Do not place the brush directly on a desk or other surfaces with the bristles facing down. It can easily cause the bristles to become deformed or damaged.
  • • Store it out of direct sunlight, avoiding places where it will be exposed to high temperatures or humidity (e.g., the bathroom, car, etc.).
  • • When not in use, store it in a safe place to prevent injury from tripping.
  • • Do not store it within reach of small children or near pets.
  • • Do not store it near any source of fire.
  • • After the product has been kept stored for a long time, make sure there is nothing unusual about it before using it again.

• Q.Can I use this product if I have atopic dermatitis?

• Q.How do I clean the product?

  • (1) Wipe off any fingerprints, styling products, and other dirt with a soft cloth soaked in water and wrung out well.
    Use a soft cloth to avoid leaving scratches on the brush. Do not use polishing cloths designed for precious metal, abrasive cloths, or wet wipes that contain alcohol.

  • (1) Remove the cover and rinse off any dirt from the brush. Wash it with cold or lukewarm water (approx. 35℃).
  • (2) Shake out any water remaining inside. Water may come out from the gaps, but this is not a product failure.

  • (4) Put on the cover and let it dry in well-ventilated shade.

  Please do not use it on pets. Do not let pets play with it, either.

• Q.Can I use it with a hair dryer?

  You can, but don't keep the brush in the hot air for a long time if using it when blow-drying your hair. Doing so may deform or damage its parts.

• Q.Can I take the brush out on the go?

  Yes, you can.
  It's designed to be used on the go, so it comes with a cover that prevents bristles from breaking or bending and keeps them clean.

• Q.Can I use it after applying hair oil?

  A.

  You can use this product with hair oil.
  Brushing your hair after applying hair oil will allow the oil to be evenly distributed throughout your hair and will help to more easily loosen tangles.

• Q.Can I use it if my hair is permed?

  You can use this product with permed hair.
  Please brush and detangle your hair gradually and carefully without tugging on it forcefully.

• Q.Can I use this product with synthetic hair/hair extensions/a wig?

  This brush contains an antistatic agent, but we cannot guarantee that it will help remove static from your hair as it can be greatly affected by humidity and other factors.
  If you have problems with staticky hair, please brush your hair slowly.
