Q.
Is it alright to dry the towel in a tumble dryer?
A.
Yes, the towel can be dried in a tumble dryer.
Q.
Will washing the towel cause the colors to fade?
A.
Each towel is required to pass a color fading test conducted by a third-party organization.
However, this doesn't guarantee that the color won't fade in all situations. If you're concerned about the color fading or bleeding, we recommend washing it separately from other items.
Q.
What should I do to make the towel last as long as possible?
A.
[How to Wash] Fabric softener may cause the towel to shed and/or become less absorbent, so we recommend using as little as possible – or refraining from using it altogether.
Washing the towel with clothing that has hooks, buttons or zippers may damage the fibers, which is why we recommend washing it in a mesh laundry bag.
[How to Dry] Hang the towel up to dry in a well-ventilated, shady place. Before hanging, shake lightly two to three times to make the pile stand up. This will make it feel softer when it's dry.
Note: Sunlight may damage the towel's fibers and cause fading. We recommend hanging it up to dry in the shade.
Q.
Is the towel safe for babies and people with sensitive skin?
A.
Yes, the towel is safe for all ages and skin types.
