Please check with your shower hose manufacturer for the thread size of the shower hose you are using at home. A G1/2 thread can be attached to this product without an adapter.
The following threads by the following manufacturers can be attached to this product using the supplied adapter and masking ring: M22 x P2 by KVK and W23 x 14 threads by MYM.
Note: Some models of showerheads made by Noritz, Rinnai, and LIXIL (INAX) cannot be replaced. If you are unsure, please contact the manufacturer.
Note: If you are using a GASTAR shower hose and are unable to install this product, we will provide an adapter separately free of charge. Please contact the MTG Customer Service Center.
(1) Please make sure that this product is tightly attached to the shower hose.
(2) Some LIXIL (INAX) shower hoses use rubber packings that are different in size, which may cause water leakage. In this case, remove the rubber packing attached to the showerhead and replace it with the supplied rubber packing (fine).
(3) If water still leaks after performing steps (1) and (2), the rubber packing may be deteriorated. You can purchase a new rubber packing at any hardware store by referring to the specifications of the supplied rubber packing, or contact the MTG Customer Service Center.

Depending on what kind of showerhead your previous one was, you may find that the water pressure feels weaker than it used to.
The water pressure varies depending on the mode, so we recommend using one with a higher water pressure.

Wipe the showerhead with a soft wet sponge or cloth. Any dirt on the buttons for switching modes and the shower plate can be removed with a soft toothbrush, etc.
There might not be enough water coming out of the shower, or the water heater might not be lit.
These problems can sometimes be solved using the methods below. Please try them and see.
・ Turn the faucet all the way on.
・ Open the hot water shut-off valve to increase the amount of water.
・ Set the water heater to a higher temperature than usual.
・ Set the bathroom faucet to a temperature that's 2 or 3°C higher than the one set for the water heater.
・ Remove any grime from the shower hose and strainer so the water flows more smoothly.
The water temperature is still unstable even after you try the above, please contact the water heater manufacturer.
Yes, you can. But please note that it may be difficult to notice the change in bathwater color when making a silky smooth bubble bath.
Yes, this product can be carried on an airplane. However, not all airlines and airports have the same carry-on polices. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with the airline or airport security in advance.
This product was designed and developed for use in Japan.
Please refrain from using it in other countries, because it won't be covered by the warranty.
It cannot be used in the following environments:
- Instant water heaters for kitchens
- Balanced-flue type showers
- Places where rust-colored water is coming out due to water supply works in the neighborhood
- Places where hot spring or well water is supplied
This product cannot remove chlorine.
This product does not have a pause feature.
This product is safe for use on pets.
1. Fill the bathtub with hot water.
Hot water temperature: 35 to 45℃
2. Put the showerhead in the bathtub while running hot water.
Shower temperature: 35 to 45℃
3. Keep running hot water until the water in the bathtub feels smooth.
Turn off the hot water after removing the showerhead from the bathtub.
Reference: 30 to 60 seconds for 140 to 200 L of hot water
Recommended mode: Rain mode
You may find it difficult to notice the change in color depending on what kind of environment and region you are using the product in.
Please try the following:
・ Set the product to Rain mode
・ Set the shower's water temperature to 40 to 45℃
・ Check the faucet and other areas for any leakage that may be affecting the water pressure
It may be difficult to notice the change in color if the product is used in the following environments:
- Using it with water that's heated using an EcoCute machine
- Using it with water that's heated using a hot water system that uses a degasser
- Using it with hot water that's supplied from an apartment's water storage tank or other
- Using it with water that's heated using solar water heaters
- Using it in a bathtub that's been filled with hot water for a long period of time (reheated, etc.)
- Using it after a bubble bath has already been made with the same water
- The tap water's temperature is high (in summer, etc.)
- The shower's water temperature is set low
Note: Fine bubbles are generated in the water even when there is no color change.
