• Q. How do I install it?

  A. Please check the Quick Guide.

• Q. Water is leaking.

  A. Water may leak if the product was not properly installed. Ensure that it is tightly attached. If the rubber seal is broken, replace it immediately. You can buy a new rubber seal at any hardware store, or contact customer service.

  Rubber seal (thin)(accessories): Inner diameter 17.8 × thickness 1.9 EPDM 70°

• Q. The water temperature in my shower does not increase after product installation.

  A. The water heater may not be ignited. Check that the water heater is ignited by opening up the faucet and looking inside. If the water heater isnʼt ignited, an insufficient amount of water may be the cause.

• Q. It feels like the water pressure of the shower has weakened after product installation.

  A. The shower's water pressure may feel weak on the skin in some shower modes. Please change the mode and try again. If your shower is designed for low water pressure, you may find that the water pressure is weaker after you install the product.

• Q. The water pressure feels weak.

  A. Depending on what kind of shower head your previous one was, you may find that the water pressure feels weaker than it used to.
  The water pressure varies depending on the mode, so we recommend using a higher water pressure mode.

• Q. How do I switch the mode?

  A. Press the Mode Button until it makes a clicking sound like it says on the back of the Quick Guide.
  Please be careful not to get your fingers, etc. caught in the gap when pressing the button.

• Q. The button is too hard to press.

  A. [If the button feels hard to press]
  Stop the water first, then press the button.
  Press strongly with the balls of your fingers.
  Hold the shower with both hands and press the button with both thumbs.

• Q. It makes a noise when I switch the shower mode.

  A. That is perfectly normal. This is the sound of fine bubbles being generated.

• Q. The water temperature changes when I switch the shower mode.

  A. The water temperature changes according to the water heater specifications. Please be careful when you switch the shower mode.

• Q. The water temperature feels low when I use the Mist mode.

  A. There might not be enough water coming out of the shower, or the water heater might not be lit.
  These problems can sometimes be solved using the methods below. Please try them and see.

  • ・ Turn the faucet all the way on.
  • ・ Open the hot water shut-off valve to increase the amount of water.
  • ・ Set the water heater to a higher temperature than usual.
  • ・ Set the bathroom faucet to a temperature that's 2 or 3°C higher than the one set for the water heater.
  • ・ Remove any grime from the shower hose and strainer so the water flows more smoothly.

  The water temperature is still unstable even after you try the above, please contact the water heater manufacturer.

• Q. Can I use this product to bathe pets?

  A. This product is safe for use on pets.

• Q. Water drips from the product even after turning off the water.

  A. Dripping is perfectly normal, and will stop once all the water remaining in the product has run out. You can hold the shower head upside down to remove any excess water.
