Remove the current showerhead
1.Turn off the faucet.
2.Remove the showerhead by turning it counter-clockwise.
・If it is difficult to remove, wearing rubber gloves will make it easier.
・If a rubber seal is attached to the metal fitting on the hose side, be careful not to remove or misalign the rubber seal. Doing so may cause water leaks.
Installing this product
1.Install the showerhead by turning it clockwise.
2.Turn on the faucet and check the discharge of the water.
Yes, it can be used without it. But please note that the chlorine reduction feature will be disabled.
Wipe the showerhead with a soft wet sponge or cloth. Any dirt on the buttons for switching modes and the shower plate can be removed with a soft toothbrush, etc.

・Places frequented by a large unspecified number of people (public baths, recreational facilities, etc.)

Yes, this product can be carried on an airplane. However, not all airlines and airports have the same carry-on polices. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with the airline or airport security in advance.
People who suffer from metal or other allergies should refrain from using this product, as allergic reactions to the plating could cause them skin and other health problems.
1.Fill the bathtub with hot water.
Hot water temperature: 35 to 45℃
2.Put the showerhead in the bathtub while running hot water.
Shower temperature: 35 to 45℃
3.Keep running hot water until the water in the bathtub feels smooth.
Turn off the hot water after removing the showerhead from the bathtub.
Reference: 30 to 60 seconds for 140 to 200 L of hot water

Note: Do not put the shower unit in the bathtub without running hot water. Depending on your environment, the hot water in the bathtub may flow back to the showerhead side.You may find it difficult to notice the change in color depending on what kind of environment and region you are using the product in.
Please try the following:
・Set the product to Rain mode
・Set the shower's water temperature to 40 to 45℃
・Check the faucet and other areas for any leakage that may be affecting the water pressure
It may be difficult to notice the change in color if the product is used in the following environments:
-Using it with water that's heated using an EcoCute machine
-Using it with water that's heated using a hot water system that uses a degasser
-Using it with hot water that's supplied from an apartment's water storage tank or other
-Using it with water that's heated using solar water heaters
-Using it in a bathtub that's been filled with hot water for a long period of time (reheated, etc.)
-Using it after a bubble bath has already been made with the same water
-The tap water's temperature is high (in summer, etc.)
-The shower's water temperature is set low
Note: Fine bubbles are generated in the water even when there is no color change.
There may not be enough water flowing through the shower and the water heater is not igniting.
Please try the following:
・Turn the faucet completely on.
・Open the stop valve on the hot water side to increase the flow.
・Set the water heater to a higher temperature than normal settings.
・Increase the temperature of the bathroom faucet by 2 to 3 °C above the temperature of the water heater.
・Clean the hose and strainer to improve water flow.
If the temperature is not stable after following these steps, please contact your water heater's manufacturer.
Depending on what kind of showerhead your previous one was, you may find that the water pressure feels weaker than it used to.
The water pressure varies depending on the mode, so we recommend using one with a higher water pressure.

Note: How long the shower cartridge lasts varies depending on how long and how you use it (e.g., using them to clean, etc.). This is only for reference purposes.
The filter in the shower cartridge may get clogged, which may lower the flow rate. If this starts bothering you, please stop using the shower cartridge.
Note: If you are not planning on using the product for a long time, remove the shower cartridge from the showerhead and store it away.
If you want to use the product again after it's not been used for a long time, first let water run through it for about 1 minute beforehand.
Note: Although it will not harm your body if used after its expiration date, it is recommended to replace the shower cartridge regularly, as failing to do so will inhibit or prevent it from reducing chlorine in the water.
The water pressure will be slightly lower than without it because water first has to flow through it. We recommend using the Pure Rain and Jet modes, which produce relatively high water pressures among the four modes.
This product cannot reduce chlorine in water.
ReFa PURE CARTRIDGE (sold separately) can be installed to purify water and reduce residual chlorine.
You may be able to install it as is, or you may need an adapter.

Note: Models made by manufacturers other than those listed below (Noritz, Mizutani, and Rinnai) may require a commercially available adapter.

2.Cover the masking ring.
