• Q. How do I install it?

• Q. Water leaks out after installing the showerhead.

  A.

  Water may leak if the product wasn't properly installed.

  1) If the shower and hose are not securely attached
  Check whether the shower is tightly attached all the way with no looseness.

  Check whether it's at an angle.
  
  

  2) If it hasn't been fitted together (the screws don't fit together) properly
  Check whether it improves if you try the correct adaptor.

  Check whether the screw parts on the shower or hose have been crushed.
  
  

  3) If the rubber seal at the connection is sticking out or damaged
  Check whether the rubber seal (O ring) is securely attached to the shower's screw thread.

  If the rubber seal is damaged, replace it immediately. You can buy a new rubber seal at any hardware store, or contact MTG Customer Service.

  Rubber seal (thick): Inner diameter 17.12 × thickness 2.62, EPDM 70°

  Rubber seal (thin) (comes with the product): Inner diameter 17.8 × thickness 1.9, EPDM 70°
  
  

  4) If there is another part left between the shower and the hose

  The showerhead adaptor or chlorine removal device you were previously using might still be there. Check that only components for the original hose are there.

• Q. The water temperature in my shower does not increase after product installation.

  A. The water heater may not be ignited. Check that the water heater is ignited by opening up the faucet and looking inside. If the water heater isnʼt ignited, an insufficient amount of water may be the cause.

• Q. The shower's water pressure feels weak after installing the showerhead.

  A. The shower's water pressure may feel weak on the skin depending on the bubble control dial's position. Please change the bubble control dial's position and try again. If your shower is designed for low water pressure, you may find that the water pressure is weaker after you install the product.

• Q. The water pressure feels weak.

  A. Although the product is designed so that the water pressure shouldn't decrease drastically, compared to the kind of shower head you've been using up to now, it may potentially feel like it's weaker. If the water pressure feels weaker, turn off the bubble control function.

• Q. The bubble control makes a sound when its position is changed.

  A. That is perfectly normal. This is the sound of fine bubbles being generated.

• Q. The water temperature changes when the setting for the bubble control is changed.

  A. The temperature change will depend on your water heater specifications. Be careful of temperature fluctuations when you change the position of the bubble control.

• Q. Can I use this product to bathe pets?

  A. This product is safe for use on pets.

• Q. Water drips from the product even after turning off the water.

  A. Dripping is perfectly normal, and will stop once all the water remaining in the product has run out. You can hold the shower head upside down to remove any excess water.

• Q. Is it OK if water containing fine bubbles gets into my mouth?

  A. The components are no different from ordinary water, so it's no problem if it goes in your mouth.
