Q.When should I use this product?
A.You can use it whenever you like, but we recommended doing so while your scalp is still clean after you've washed your hair. Using it on your hair while it has styling products like hair wax and spray on it may cause it to get tangled up, so please refrain from doing so. It can be used on both wet and dry hair.
Q.Can I use this product in places other than my scalp?
A.This product is exclusively for use on the scalp.
Please do not use on any other area other than the scalp.
Q.How much pressure and speed should I use when moving this product on my scalp?
A.You'll get plenty of sensation even with just a small amount of force, so please press it on gently and move it slowly. Moving it strongly and vigorously could be too hard on your scalp. Also, pressing it onto your scalp too forcefully could easily make the attachments come off.
Q.Can this product be carried on an airplane?
A.Yes, this product can be carried on an airplane. However, not all airlines and airports have the same carry-on polices. If you have any concerns, we recommend checking with the airline or airport security in advance.
Q.Can I use the product while it's being charged?
A.No, you can't. The device won't turn on while it's being charged.
Q.Does it turn off automatically?
A.It'll turn off automatically after 5 minutes.
Q.Is it OK if the device or stand get wet?
A.The product is waterproof, so there'll be no problem if it gets wet. However, the charging USB cable isn't waterproof. When charging the device, wipe it dry thoroughly before you place it on the stand.
Q.Can the attachments be used forever?
A.The attachments are consumables. Replace them with new ones if they get deformed or damaged.
Q.The attachments stop rotating.

・You might be pressing it onto your scalp too strongly. The product will stop when the function to prevent pressing too hard cuts in. Please press more gently.
・The auto shut-off function cuts in and the device stops. The auto shut-off function cuts in about 5 minutes after the power is turned on. It's not a fault.
・The battery might've run out. Please charge the device.
Q.The attachments come off while I'm using it.
A.You might be pressing it onto your scalp too strongly.

Q.The status indicator LED doesn't come on when the charging USB cable is connected.

・The charging USB cable isn't connected properly. Make sure the charging USB cable's terminal is firmly attached to the device's charging terminal.
・Charging is complete and the battery is fully charged. Remove the charging USB cable from the device before you use it.
Q.Even after charging it, I can only use it for a few minutes before the battery runs out.
A.The built-in rechargeable battery is at the end of its service life.
Please contact MTG customer support about replacing the built-in rechargeable battery. Doing it yourself could cause the product to break down.
