Use it once every two weeks for the first two to three months, once a month as necessary for the following two to three months, and once every two weeks if you haven't used it in a while.
The device can only be used on the same area once per week, at most. Once you flash the light on a certain area, please wait a week before using it there again.
Q.Is it alright to use this product in a bathroom?
A.This product is not waterproof. Never use this product in a bathroom. Use in a bathroom may cause electrical shock or failure.
Q.Can this product be carried on an airplane?
A.You can take it onto an airplane.
Q.Can I use the device in other countries?
A.The device can be used with AC 100-240V outlets, but that does not necessarily mean it can be used in all countries and regions. Voltages and plug shapes may vary from region to region, even within the same country. When traveling abroad, please consult with your hotel(s) and/or travel agent beforehand.
In the event of product failure or damage resulting from use outside of the region or country of purchase, repairs will not be free of charge – even during the warranty period.
Q.Where can I use it?
A.You can only use it on your face (with the face attachment), underarms, chest, abdomen, arms, hands, bikini zone, thighs, and feet.
Q.Does it turn off automatically?
A.It will automatically turn off after it's been on and not in use for 5 minutes.
Q.Can men use it?
A.Yes, they can. However, men generally have thicker body hair and more of it than women, so their skin may get more irritated. If men use it on their beard or cheek hair, the hair may grow back in unevenly.
Q.Is it okay to look directly at the light?
A.Do not look directly at it.
When it flashes, please turn your face in a different direction, close your eyes, wear sunglasses, or take another such protective measure.
Q.What should I do if the light feels hot?
A.It may feel hot when used on skin where the hair hasn't been properly removed or tanned skin. Remove your hair well beforehand and don't use it after tanning.
Higher light levels may feel hot. Please lower the level and try it again.
Q.Can I replace the light?
A.It cannot be replaced. Please follow the disposal method designated by your local government authority when the product breaks or after the light has been flashed approximately 300,000 times.
Q.What should I do if pain or skin problems occur after using it?
A.What you should do differs based on whether this occurs immediately after using the device, a few hours later, or 48 hours later. For details, please refer to the instruction manual.
