Can I use the device in other countries?

No, the device cannot be used in other countries. It is made exclusively for use in Japan.

No air comes out when I turn on the power.
A.
After pressing the Power button, press the Mode button to choose the Blowing Mode.

The device turns off by itself.
A.
The auto shut-off function may be activating. The power will turn off automatically if no buttons are pressed for 60 seconds or longer while in standby mode.
Q.
The device switches between warm and cool air by itself. Can I still use it?
A.
The Pro-Sensing (automatic temperature adjustment) function is on. If you want to stop the device from automatically switching between warm and cool air, turn off Pro-Sensing.
If Pro-Sensing is not on, then the safety system may be activating because there is dust and/or hair on the air inlet and outlet. To remedy this, turn the power off and unplug the device. Remove any material stuck to the air inlet and outlet, and wait at least five minutes before using the device. For more information about care and usage, see page 12 of the instruction manual.

I see sparks when I'm using the device. Can I still use it?

The safety system may be activating because there is dust and/or hair on the air inlet and outlet. To remedy this, turn the power off and unplug the device. Remove any material stuck to the air inlet and outlet, and wait at least 5 minutes before using the device. For more information about care and usage, see page 12 of the instruction manual.
Q.
The plug is abnormally hot. Can I still use the device?
A.
The power outlet may be loose. Do not use the device when the power outlet is loose.
The plug may not be plugged all the way into the outlet. Make sure the plug is securely plugged in.
Q.
Can I wrap the power cord around the device to store it?
A.
No. Doing so may cause the wires within the power cord to become disconnected. We recommend using the cord keeper that comes with the device.
