The application method is described using illustrations in the supplied Instruction Manual. Please refer to it. When spreading it, first spread the part adhering to your forehead. Once the it is applied to your forehand, adjust to the eye positions and nose position for best results. The mask will be applied without winkles if the part that you pull up is first aligned with the chin and neck before pulling up slowly. When pulling up, the mask will stretch too much if you pull by grasping the cut-in sections, and so pull the inside of the cut-in sections so that it fits correctly.
